ughhhh i messed up
I should have known it would not be a good idea to go to an all you can eat korean bbq restaurant. i ate like a total pig tonight. totally gorged myself and reminded me of how i got fat in the first place. im scared im going back to my old habits and undoing all my hard work. i am so angry with myself right now :(

Nutritious ideas for what to put on toast...
I eat two slices of toasted whole grain sugar free bread every morning. I have been using a reduced sugar jelly sparingly. I am looking for something that would be more nutritious and cut out the sugar entirely. I have been researching truvia and see some issues with that type of sweetener. I do not like honey. Any ideas?

Can't meet my calories!
I'm really trying here, but I'm only eating my 1200, I'm not hungry after that so I can't seem to eat back my exercise calories, I find it really hard to meet my 1200 a day! Should I just have a litre of juice ha ha?

Graveyard shift
I usually work a normal 9 to 5 day, but I occasionally work an overnight shift. Should I count the food I eat at 3am for the day I am 'technically' on or the day I am still awake from. EX: I work Friday 11pm to 7am. Do I count the food I eat at 1am on Saturday as Friday or Saturday? Thanks!(:

MFP calories not accurate?
Sorry if this has been done before, but.... mfp says I should be eating 1240 calories per day to lose around 1 1/2 pounds per week. However, elsewhere sites have told me I should be eating at least 1500-1800. Who should I believe? Do you eat at your bmr? Thanks for helping! :D
