Help with my shopping list
Between pay checks and the good food ran out days ago. I get paid on Friday and I can't WAIT to go shopping, so I'm making up my list. I don't want to go nuts because I don't want to blow my whole paycheck at the grocery store and run out of food in a week (again). Help me make my list. I'm not on any specific diet; I'm a…

A place to get a low-cal, low-fat, delicious treat!
Please note, this is a treat, so comments about how it isn't that healthy can be skipped :) I know it is definitely not the healthiest option, but as far as sweet treats go, I find it is a good thing to treat yourself to and still keep it pretty healthy! If you have a Pinkberry near you, and you're ever in the mood for a…

Satisfy your cravings by making food for others
So I have a HUGE sweet tooth. If I could start every meal with my dessert I totally would! Maybe that's why I'm mediocre at cooking and good at baking lol. However, when you're on a diet having baked goods around the house can be lethal to your way of life. I found that I would be constantly drooling over recipies I saw,…

Anyone else have PMDD and have taken ...
I wasn't sure where to post this but I have severe PMDD and am quite frankly sick of it. I was just reading about chromium and how it has helped people. I was wondering if other ladies had similar stories? Exercise and diet have only helped a little. I need something more to get it under control. :)
