Counting carbs
Has anyone noticed that carb counts seem wrong. Example, I logged 6 strawberries. On the “add food” page. It says there 4.2 carbs. Then when I enter it into my diary it’s logged as 80 net carbs. I’m seeing this discrepancy on a lot of different foods.

Hi, I am trying a keto diet, and want to keep carbs below 50 grams including fiber. Does the carb reading on MFP include the fiber? Or, does the fiber reading have to be combined with the carb reading to get your overall calculation?

Protein question - am I burning it off??
Why is it that the amount of protein I consumed goes down after I enter my workout? For example, I had 48g of protein left to hit my goal for the day. I then logged my workouts and that number went up to 70g left before hitting my goal. I am so confused!!!
