so.....I still have around 800 cals (even though it seems like I've done nothing but eat today) and could use a lil snack before hitting the sack but I'm not quite sure what it should be. Plant blood - liquid chlorophyll
Has anyone tried liquid chlorophyll? Anyone know something about it, or have any weight-loss / belly fat loss success with this stuff? Do tell! MFP Calorie Counter
I just discovered that you could negatively count calories in MFP. I want to make a recipe but omit the EVOO. I entered the EVOO as -.05 TBS (per serving) and it deducted 60 calories and 7g of fat. That rocks!!!! It will make it so easy to swap ingredients !!!

how on earth is this possible???
Yesterday I went about 1700 calories over my daily limit! These were not healthy calories either - it was pure candy and oreos and dinner 2x as big as I would normally eat, but this morning I weighed myself and was down half a pound!!!!!! How is that possible??
