SALT AND SUGAR
So everyone says in your diet you should keep a low intake of salty foods and only eat nutritional sugar. I am struggling so much with that. Anyone have any yummy snack ideas that are a low intake of salt? Cause I am starting to eat fruit to get a more "nutritional sugar", but I love me some salty snacks! Any good ideas!??

Question about going over protein for the day
I noticed that on my daily food log that I went over my protein. Is this bad? I didn't think going over protein would make you gain weight, but I wasn't sure. I still stayed under my calories, carbs and fat.

passion for pasta

What do you use BMR for?
I was playing around with the tools on the site, and there is a BMR calculator which tells you the minimum number of calories your body would need to survive if you just rested all day. What do I do with this information?
