Finding the right diet for you?
Okay the program on here that is calorie based, is great, but I want something more than that. I want a diet (or lifestyle change) that I can stick to. I've read about the Eat-Clean diet, but I don't think I can stick to it because of the little sugar intake, overly low-fat, and no (or almost no) preservative foods. I…

Fish
I saw on the tilapia post that some of you were looking for fish. If you live near the coast you probably don't have issues finding good fish. Living inland it is hard to find good fresh fish. In a pinch Trader Joe's packaged frozen fish is not bad and sometimes I am really surprised on how fresh it turns out. For those of…

Tilapia
(Hope I posted this under the correct category :blushing: ) Okay, so I thought I'd venture to a new kind of fish and I decided on Tilapia. My sister "warned" me that it tastes like dirt, but I wanted to find out for myself. Well, I cooked some tonight for dinner and it tasted like dirt. (Yes, I know what dirt tastes like…

Frozen Food
Hello all!! I buy lean cuisine and smart ones all the time. I never noticed how much sodium is in them. The same with Kashi and Healthy choice. Can anyone recommend frozen meals that don't have high sodium content? Also, being a busy Mom. I usually want something quick to eat. What's a good lunch or dinner choice?

Bar Food
Anyone have suggestions on the healthiest thing to order when you're at a bar? I like to order food when I feel like I'm getting buzzed/drunk too quickly (I'm a light weight with alcohol) and I always order cheese sticks because I have a general idea of how many calories are in the cheese sticks. I'm not thrilled with the…

The nutritinal information is incorrect for this product. The Sodium according to my jar is 105 not 150 as found in the food search. Thanks for updating the food information as it is already very tough to stay under my alloted sodium intake saving 45 mg is a big thing!!

"Back to Nature" - super tasty!
Yesterday a co-worker of mine brought Back to Nature peanut butter cream sandwich cookies in. The taste was fantastic (better than any oreo I've ever had) but the best part? No hydrogenated oil, no high fructose corn syrup, no preservatives. 120 calories for a serving of 2 cookies - the trick - managing to eat only one…

I ate the Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey with Cornbread Stuffing. I didn't eat the cinnamon apples with it though. Does anyone know the nutritional values w/o them? I tried to check the website, but there isn't a nutritional values tab that I can find. There is tons of sugar in the meal which I think comes from the apples…

:-p @ Applebees
So i am mad at applebees cause I cant find any nutritional info on the grilled shrimp and island rice. It really isn't that big a deal (I didnt even eat the rice and i figure that along with the 500 cals its like 10g prot etc) but its the principle. Every place should be legally obligated to post nutrional facts. Lol,…

Water making me lightheaded?
I try to get about 4-6 cups of water (somtimes more/less) a day in me. Or, 2 or 3 bottles of water. Same difference, whatever lol. Anyway, sometimes I swear it's making me feel lightheaded. It's not from lack of calories or low blood sugar or anything like that. I'm always very close, although slightly under my calories…
