Grapes vs. Grapes
So I have some grapes at home and can't figure out how to enter them. They are the large ones that look more sphere-like than regular grapes. I saw one entry under large grapes except they were for green and seedless. These are red with seeds. Any thoughts?

calories per weight
I am now at 1200 calories a day at 187lbs and having a hard time adjusting....i eat a small breakfast because i know i tend to overeat in the evening....anyone else have a hard time getting used to calorie changes?

Question on Calories & Exercise
Ok I am trying to make sense of this.... So I eat 1200 Cal a day right and work out... Normally burn 360 cals .. So my fitness pal then says I have an extra 360 cals to eat. WHAT? So I get to eat the cals that I already burned? How am I suppose to lose weight that way?? Confused.. :embarassed:
