ok, so i am logging all of my food, and i really don't eat many foods with added sugar, but i am still consistently going over my recommended sugar dose. do other people have the same issue? looking at my diet, it seems like most of the sugar i eat is coming from milk and fruit, so i don't think i'm going to worry about it…

I am new to this board. For my goal, I am to consume 1200 calories per day, with exericse, more like 1600. I don't have much weight to lose, but feel that most of my allowance is gone by midday! Is Soda Water Okay?
I drink a lot of soda water. Just perrier basically. I absolutaely love it and it helps me to drink this instead of eating sweets. Is it okay to drink this instead of regular still water? I prefer sparkling water instead. Thanks :) Carissa

hey guys, i am going to eat out today, and i am thinking about going to a restaurante where they have high callorie foods. my plan is to only eat about 180cals on breakfast, about 400calls on lunch, and reserve about 1000 callories / 1200 callories for dinner. what do you guys think?

Is it okay to eat your exercise calories the next day? I usually am only able to exercise at night and I don’t finish until 7:30 or so. I usually burn between 800-1000 calories those days.
