I'm trying to keep track of calories and I have a question. Is the caloretic content listed on cans of fruit with the juice or drained??? I've been eating as many excecise calories as possible, however, I noticed I often am over either fats/sugar/sodium or something else. Does this matter too much? I dont want to do well in one area and crap out in another- seems counter-productive or something. What do you think?

so, I've been watching what I've been eating... and doing it right... and now it seems like I'm always eating! I always feel hungry! I eat breakfast at 6am, then am hungry again in an hour or so. I've been eating healthy snacks... but I thought that eating right would help my hunger?
