Okay, since I've been on this website I've started to realize a pattern. I do really well and then right around my well umm..."Visitor" I get so freaking hungary!! Alcohol
I usually have a glass of wine 1 or 2 nights a week with dinner. I always log it and I always have enough calories for it. I heard the other day alcohol will inhibit weight loss.
