buffalow wild wings
We're going to Bdubs tonight and I am trying to figure out what to get. I've decided that the naked tenders aren't too bad (40 calories for one) even though I LOVE the breaded tenders....but I'm trying to be good. Getting french fries on the side will be too many calories, but I don't think four tenders will be enough to…

Confused about calories...
Hey all! I can't wrap my brain around MFP's suggested calorie intake system. As i lose weight, i've been adjusting my goals so that my 'new' bmr is taken into account. But the thing is, I don't think it is? I've had a suggested intake of 1200 cals since I started MFP (12 lbs ago, and I've lost about 15 lbs overall). Is it…

I have a diet rootbeer weakness....it is the only soda I drink and I allow myself only one a day. Problem is, I "use" it as a dessert. I hear so many stories on diet soda and weight gain. Just wondering if anyone thinks this is a problem. I don't eat dessert - just drink the rootbeer (am in bed about an hour later).

stupid about carbs
I am already over on my carbs for the day (I already logged what I am having for dinner), but I'm wondering if some of them are good carbs or should I be worried?
