Ice cubes~

Does this really make a difference?
Does it really matter if you fry meat, bake it, boil it calorie wise? I can maybe understand if you fry it with oil or something.. but I ALWAYS fry my meat in a pan with no butter or oil. Just as it is with a little salt and pepper.. .Does it really make a difference??
