What should I look out for on food labels?
Hi, Im fine at tracking calories but unsure what to look out for with fat and sugar in foods. My goal is to lose weight, so is there a % per 100g to follow? Or any other guidelines? Im not getting anywhere just counting calories.

Plateau
I've been fighting a plateau since July. The same 5 lbs losing and gaining it right back. I'm stuck at 185 and 45 years young. (shhh..... Don't tell anyone. I tell everyone I'm 39) I've tried lots of exercise, backing off exercise, upping calories to 1500 lowering calories (never below 1200) Hormones checked out and fine.…

Random Question
Question: I know there is a debate about how often you weigh yourself, however my question does not have anything to do about that. My question is does anyone else experience a difference in sudden weight lost/gain overnight? I ask this because I went on a date night with my husband and we tossed back several beers (which…

Help me establish a plan I can stick to
I’m 5”7 153 pounds, I’ve been seriously weight lifting for 7 months and I’ve put on a good amount of muscle. However I’m kind of stuck on what I should do next. I want…

Inconsistent "calorie adjustments" from Garmin
I've complained about this before. But it really pisses me off, particularly when I'm trying to shed a few lbs. The Garmin "calorie adjustments" are completely crazy. Yesterday, I walked a mile to the pool, swam, and walked back. I had 11k steps for the day. Garmin calculated ~500kcals for the swim and added about ~90kcals…

Question on KIDNEYS and CREATININE levels being too high?
So I've had blood work done for two months and my kidney levels are low and my creatinine levels are high. Anyone ever have a torn or strained oblique muscle
Pretty sure I have one. I don't really doing anything physically which should cause this, but I read it doesn't have to be as a result of strenuous physical activity. High energy foods
What would be tops on your list of foods to spur energy levels on? I don't quite get all of my 'needed' protein some days so I'm not sure if that's it or not.
