Is there anyone not counting calories?
I find that when calorie counting I end up binging if I feel guilty. Is there anyone else that is just cutting back, exercising more and not logging?

Getting into weight lifting?
Hi, guys. I am trying really hard to motivate myself to get back to the gym and start tracking my diet properly again, but I'm in a weird place with it all right now. I've known for years that weight lifting is in most cases a key component of losing weight and that everything can't be done by cardio. Whether or not this…

Working out with an autoimmune disease
What do you do when your body goes in a flare later on in the day after a workout? My body is just super stiff & in so much pain right now. I had a heating pad on my back earlier & now have an ice pack on my back which is helping a little, but not much. My fatigue is also getting me right now which is also adding to this.

Hypercalcemia (high blood calcium)
Anyone have hypercalcemia without having issues with your parathyroid or cancer? Being social
It’s odd but all social events involve the intake of calories .. Friday I went to dinner with my friend and just had a grilled chicken wrap and coffee - which added up to 800 calories. She added hummus, feta cheese and a garlic sauce to hers so I think that must have added 300-400 calories to her meal.. however I resisted…

Chronic illness and exercise frustrations

Hi, I live in Canada and while our healthcare system is incredible, it also is slow. I've been waiting for three years for a consultation for a breast reduction. Can this slow weight loss? (TMI)
Hi Recently my weight loss has slowed down quite a bit, I've lost about half a pound over the last ten days. It is still a loss, so I'm happy about that. However, I've been constipated for about a week now - as in absolutely nothing :| Do you think this is what could have slowed the loss down? I've also started a new…

Plateau
I had been losing about 2lbs per week since September, on 1,200 cal/day. I found it was sometimes hard to reach that, so last week, I reduced it to 1,100 cal/day. I also maintain a lower carb diet. I also got a work out video, and have been doing a 36 minute home workout each night. All this, and yet the number on my scale…
