Does the strength training not count???
Okay I'm still fairly new here but I have a question. I just did about 20 minutes of bodyweight strength training and logged that into mfp but it did not reflect on my home page. Do these not count towards calories burned? How do I know how many calories I burned if i do strength training if mfp does not log them?

I’ve been doing 1200 calories and 8/16 for about 3 weeks now and the scale isn’t really budging. Yes, I’m counting everything and weighing correctly. I’m wondering if maybe I should up it to 1300.
