Seeking diet advice for Muscle Gain & Fat Loss
I have been a member for about 8 years. I usually keep it simple with low carb, 1450-1650 cals per day, and toss in some cardio and the weight disappears. I have been strength training since August and have made muscle gains and have been increasing weights. I am new to strength training/building muscle and would greatly…

Too.much.food - blech!
I have been at this for a few months now (15 lbs down - whoop whoop! 🙌🏼), had a couple “off” weeks of iffy logging while traveling, but the rest of the time has been spent accurately weighing and measuring, tracking nearly every bite I put in my mouth. I have been feeling pretty good, figuring out a good mix to not be…

Do you need a multi vitamin?
Usually you hear it’s to fill in a gap since our soil is depleted. But what about cereals and bars breads and drinks that already have added vitamins? The story is we don’t eat enough fresh veggies and so on and so forth but of our processed food has the added vitamins in them then wouldn’t taking an extra pill be too much?

With my annual Winter Weight Gain looming like a jealous husband, I had to get honest with myself: I over-exercise in order to eat a lot. I'll over-exercise to eat 3500 calories and it works. I'll stay at my target weight of 160. Take away my exercise debits and I'll gain 2 pounds a day. With that lightning strike of…

Hypothyroid and Weight Loss
I have been a long-term user of MFP. In the past, I have religiously tracked my food to lose 100lbs. I learnt how to eat everything in…
