Allergies...
So my allergies have been really bad lately, to the point where my head feels like a parade balloon and my nose is stuffed six ways to sunday. Any suggestions for burning calories or exercising while my nose seemingly ways five pounds? Haha I've just been struggling trying to keep active! Ideas?

Sugar limit
I've been wondering how people get in their fruit and veg in each without going over their sugar limits? I generally have fruit and fibre for breakfast and then 2-3 pieces of fruit throughout the day, and this usually pushes me over my sugar intake.
