Why do i feel so guilty for not going to the gym tonight? I got up stupidly early today and i've been on the go all day, i physically have no energy. I've barely had time to eat let alone exercise.. now i just feel crappy and disappointed in myself =(

I don't even know what size clothing I wear anymore.
I started in March 2010 with a tight 14 and some 16. Now, I can fit some 12, 10, 8 and some 6. It's so confusing, I hate going shopping because I'm and so confuse on my sizes. Does anyone have this same problem?

Its been 3 weeks now, since i lost any weight! I haven't been able to exercise as much due to shin splints but surely cutting the calories alone would aid weight loss? I nearly always stay under my calories so i don't understand why i've suddenly stopped losing weight
