Ok so I started out at 148 and I've lost 6 pounds. I'm trying to lose 28 pounds all together. I'm a DDD and in all honesty, I really like my boobs. How much have you lost if any in the bust area? I know it's a personal question but I'm kind of obsessed. I don't want to be smaller than a C. thanks

When you workout, how long after you've finished do you leave your HRM going? I don't think it's fair to leave it on if you're done working out but I also know you continue to burn quickly after a good workout...
