i've been on this site for 10 days now, they have me eating a 1200 calorie diet, and though i don't ever go over my calories i'm always WAY over in my sugar for the day. i've only lost 2 lbs, and nothing at all for 5 days, could the sugars be stopping me from losing weight?

I work out 5 days a week for 45 minutes each day. I do about 75 minutes a week of strength training, 30 minutes of core training and 120 minutes in cardio. I am staying within my calorie intake and still not losing. Any suggestions?
