So I've been faithful to this 'lifestyle change' for about a month now. I set my calories so that I would lose 2 pounds a week. SO WHY AM I NOT LOSING 2 POUNDS A WEEK? Plateaued and frustrated...
I have lost 28 lbs in 6 mos. At this point, the scale isnt moving even with two workouts and eating well. Anyone have a words of wisdom, so glad that I am maintaining the loss, but have about 60 lbs to go.

So yesterdays and todays workouts were the first workouts that I have used a heart rate monitor with. The heart rate monitor gave me a higher amount of calories burned (between 150 and 200 more) than MFP gives me for the excercise I enter...I am just wondering if I should go with MFP or enter the calories the heart rate…

Effect of NSAIDs & arthritis on weight loss
