Need your advice
So I just got back from vacation...we went to the beach and I gained about 3 or 4lbs! I know I need to get back to the gym today but I need to go buy grocery's and get everything put back up where it all goes! Am i awful not to go back to the gym today?

coffee....HELP
My only true splurge is that I have to have my coffee in the morning with of course creamer, and Swiss no sugar added hot chocolate. Do you have any ideas of how I can still have my coffee without 300+ calories? The catch is that it still has to taste good.

sugars, too much at breakfast?
so, everyday for breakfast I am eating a parfee that is about 330 cal. I recently noticed that it took up all but 4 of my sugar alotments for the day, which leads to problems (cause I love bananas). is this something that I should worry about, or should I simply ignore it for now, until I get calorie desires under control?
