pushing a double stroller
Im trying to figure out how to calculate in pushing a double stroller with about 60 lbs of toddlers in it. I know Im burning more calories b/c I sweat more and it just feels like a bigger work out. How would I add this on to figure out caloric burn??

-sigh- I traveled for 4 days and found that although my calorie intake was where it should be (i'm at 1300 cal) my sugar (i'm diabetic) went all over the place even though i thought i was making healthy choices (lots of salads, dressing on side) and fish / proteins.
