Does eating cheese slow down weight loss???

who else has very uneven loss?
I've had periods where I've been flat or gained around a pound over a 10-day period, then suddenly drop 2 or 3 lbs, only to slow back down or flatline again...am I the only one that does this?

So my quest for jeans took me to Old Navy...
I figure that the have sizes from very,very small to size 20 in the store. So I went to try on their size 20 jeans and to my delight they fit perfectly! Which is better..?
I keep finding myself at the end of the day under the 1200 calorie mark, and I know it's important to eat at least that many. Is it better to eat a lot at the end of the day to catch up to 1200, or should I just try to get back on track the next day and leave it under 1200?
