Vegetarians?
Is there any vegetarians out there? I have been one for just over three years now. I don't eat any diary (I'm allergic). I do though eat eggs and occasionally some goat cheese. Any tips on different things to eat or what your meal plans look like?

Why won't the scale move??
Although I'm not going to give up, I'm wondering why the scale just won't move! I've been good about my calories...I exercise....MFP tells me that 'in 5 weeks' I'll weigh less, but nothing is happening. Has anyone else gone through this? I've lost 46 lbs and still have about 50 to go. Any thoughts?

Swimming :/
I seriously thought swimming burned way more calories than it did for me today. I put my polar on, went in the pool and swam. Swam laps. Played with my daughter. I wasn't just hanging out. It's just not worth it to eat out
I have been eating at home since we got back into our house (after a month of living in a hotel!) Went to Jersey Mike's today and got a turkey sub, no mayo, no oil, no cheese.
