need some motivation
I used to go to the gym each morning at 7am. it is now 7.20 and i'm still contemplating whether I should go to the gym or not; i haven't been in a week but i just don't feel like getting up and running. I wish I had someone call me each morning and just tell me "GET YOUR LAZY *kitten* TO THE GYM!" lol.

Whats the best way to measure a serving size of this stuff?? Im just curious, from what I understand you shouldnt eat after 7. Some say do not eat 2 hours before bed. It was also said that you shouldnt go a long time without eating. So if I calculate my coffee with let's say 2 tspns of sugar and 1 tbspn cream but say only finish half my coffee, should I calculate that as 1 tspn of sugar and 1/2 tbspn of cream??
