Stopped Losing
So I started off really great and lost 11lbs and now when I only have about 10 more to go I cannot seem to make any progress. I exercise eat the right amount and still seem to go no where.....any advice?

Goal Weight
How did you determine your goal weight? Was it by the number, the wardrobe, or when your body stopped losing? What worked for you? I have lost 77 pounds and my weight has been the same for about 3 months now. I haven;t been doing things differently, just not losing. Is this where I am meant to stay?

Im too fat for the scale to have stopped moving!

Why is this happening?
I weigh everyday, and everyday I've lost exactly 3lbs. What's going on? Isn't this kind of weight loss unheard of? If I keep going at this rate then I'll have lost 84lbs by the end of next month which I'm sure wouldn't be healthy. Is anyone else losing this fast? I'm not even exercising!!!
