i started drinking Metro Mint water last night. no calories. so sweetners. just water and mint. Its amazing! i would totally recommend it for those like me who have a hard time drinking regular water. they also have flavors such as orange mint and chocolate mint. anyone else tried them?

So, you know how I am eating like 1200 cals a day, and then I burn 300-400 when I work out in the afternoons. Well is it a bad idea if I don't want to eat those calories back that I burn?
