MFP gives me (I think) 26 sugars a day. Somehow, I always go over. I generally have yogurt and fruit. I know those have sugar, but how do you eat those without getting all of the sugar? I'm confused on this. Thanks.

:flowerforyou: I recently bought a cheap pedometer- it seems to work ok, but it counts a step even at the slightest movement. I know it is not counting my steps correctly. Is there a pedometer out there that works better than the cheap $7 one that I bought at Wal-Mart? Thanks for any help.

SO SUNBURNT
I'm so sunburnt that I can't move my body I wore sunblock but it didnt work. I cant work out cause I cant move my arms and i cant put my workout clothes on cause it hurts too much :( does anyone know how long it takes for a sunburn to stop hurting??? so I can get back in the gym.

I can't seem to hit my target of sodium. I'm always over, either by 100mg or 1000mg! I can't seem to get away from it.
