I think they are heart rate monitors, but i know that they count calories burnt and other stuff. Does anyone where one of these? If you were to wear it all day and logged that would it be more accurate than saying I did 5 mins on the elipitcal and then I walked for 15 minutes and so on? And how would you log that, would…

Yesterday I had about 700 cal. left for dinner. I decided to have a typical Belgian snack (something like a corn dog). It was within my calorie limits, but still I feel guilty. It wasn't healthy food... I wonder why. Have any of you experienced this before?

Sore muscles and weighing in
I heard you shouldn't weigh in when your muscles are sore, because you retain water? Is this true? I am in so much pain, it's not even funny.. Not that I over did it, just that I worked some muscles that I haven't worked in a while.. (like 2 month =( ). and it HURTS.. so should I not weigh in in the morning?

I started 45 minute workouts 4 days/wk about 2 weeks ago. Should I see the scale dropping? I consistently eat 1200 cal/day and weigh 140 lbs.

I don`t know what it is.. but I can eat a ton of food and I NEVER feel full. Even being as heavy as I am, I shoudn`t be able to eat a ridiculous amount of food and not feel full. I don`t know what`s causing it.. any ideas?

Why don't I get exercise calories for strength training?
Or am I just not understanding how to post my exercies reports properly? I work out 5-6 days a week and alternate cardio days with strength days, typically getting 3 days of strength in and 2 of cardio.
