I noticed that since tracking my food, I was not getting enough fiber. I started eating a bowl of Fiber One cereal every morning. This ONE bowl puts me at the myfinesspal suggested limit for my goal weight. If I eat more then the "recommended" amount of fiber, will it get in the way of my weight loss?

So it seems that there are a large number of moms who have had c-sections that are worried about never having a tone stomach. how do you interpret skinfold tests?
