I work crazy hours, so when I get home, it's sometimes midnight, and no time to eat.. So I'm looking for healthy, low cal lunches to take to work. I do have access to a fridge and a microwave.. I need lunch (like noon) idea's and lunch dinner time idea's.. I only have 30 minute lunches, and work in a mall, witha huge food…

It really bugs me that some of the 'ads' at the top of MFP website are food ads!! Come on!! I just saw a chili burger ad from Dairy Queen...seriously? I'm already struggling with evenings and weekends and don't need any visuals of food I shouldn't eat. Just venting.....thanks!

Eating Lean?
What is your ideal of eating lean? I would like some other opinions on this. I don't like seafood so I would like some new ideas for eating leaner and better. If you earn 100 cals from doing exercise, it is a good idea to eat them or to ignore them and just stick to your cal allowance for the day? Will it make a difference to weight loss?:wink:

Grains/Processed foods
Why is it that when I eat grains (pasta, bread, rice) my weight will jump up for awhile? Has anyone else noticed that about processed foods? I put on 1/2 pound after eating maybe 800 calories in pasta, and that was after a 9 mile run. Crazy!
