Losing weight but not inches?
So I know it's possible to see loss in inches, that means you're gaining muscle. eating too few calories
:wink: Hi - I have been consistently under my daily calorie goal, sometimes by 300 or more calories and I am starting to worry that this isn't healthy. I am pushing myself to eat more, but I am stuffed and just don't feel like I can eat any more. Is anyone else having this same problem? Any hints or ideas welcome!

Water Clarification
Just wondering about the 8 glasses of water, is this 8 x 250ml glasses being 2 litres. I haven't really been counting but call it 8 a day.I do drink a lot of water, this could possibly getting in the way of weight loss. Just wondering if someone can clarify how many litres a day. Thanks :)

Question about exceeding my caloric recommendation.
I started at around 145 and am down to 139. I wanted to loosed 2 pounds a week so MFP suggested that my net caloric intake be 1200. Calorie Adjustment per Weightloss
Silly question, but as I lose weight wouldn't my Daily Calories change? I lost 5 pounds now and surprised my daily calories aren't a little lower? I am still at 1,480 calories. Perhaps 5 pounds doesn't cause a change? Do I have to do anything to my original settings/profile as I lose? Thanks.
