Has anyone taken a week off from keeping track? I think I may need a week off. I still will watch my portions and I don't plan on overindulging. Deficit and Losing Weight
I started MFP in Dec and was given a daily goal of 1,200 calories (500cals a day deficit in order to lose weight) However, as I lose weight, my BMR will change also, so the 500 cals a day deficit may no longer be effective. Water?
I know that I am supposed to drink about 8 glasses of water a day. I only drink about 3. I know that I need to be drinking a lot more. I am almost always under my calorie goal and I workout regularly but my weight loss has slowed down quite a bit. Could drinking more water really help this?
