my arms hurt SO bad...
I had my second workout with my new trainer on Friday. I think we WAY overdid it. My arms (the top side of my elbows, not the joint but the inside of my elbows) hurts so bad that I can't straighten my arms. The left is way worse than the right. I have tried ice and ibuprofen but they are still killing me. Any advice?

sleep to loose weight?
Why does enough sleep aid in weight loss? I would think the opposite would be true because when you're awake you're burning more calories than when you're asleep. Could somebody explain this to me? THANK YOU

Should I stop drinking soda all together?
Whenever I drink soda, it's diet. I usually drink two bottles of water durning the day, but do you think I'd see results if I quit drinking diet soda, and soda all together, and just stuck to unsweetened tea and water?
