Why was my calorie goal reduced?
I weighed in this morning and lost a total of 11 lbs (yipeee!) After I entered my new weight, MFP suggested I update my goals since I've lost over 10 lbs. So I followed their recomendations and they lowered my daily calorie intake goal from 1690 to 1620. Why did they do this?

Let’s all share something that we have learned from being a MFP member. What I learned: I eat most of my calories during lunch. Veggies/ Fruit fills me up and doesn’t go over my calorie goal like a slice of pizza does.
