Anyone over 50 with low thyroid that has had luck losing weight? I have low thyroid, workout 5 days a week for 2 hrs a day, watch calories ans still haven't had any luck losing weight. I haven't gained but I need to lose at least 30 lbs. HELP!!! I need some support, some friends for support.

Hi, I have been struggling to lose weight and I think I know why. I usually eat not when I am hungry, but when it is time to eat. (Ii.e. I will eat luch at 12.30pm becuase thats when I normally eat it, but I usually am not hungry) I know this is wrong but how do I stop myself from doing this?

Is it okay to eat less when you are feeling sick? I've been nauseated all day, since the moment I got up. I haven't even hit 600 calories consumed, but if I look at food right now my stomach churns.
