Monthly progress
Well, every month I take pictures and measurments. I've been bad this month and I know I've been bad, but at least I've not gained. So, in the last month I've lost an inch over all and 3 pounds. We had to pay taxes this month so we'll definately not be going out to eat. Hopefully, I'll get better results next month.

I have turned back time...
I got my weight record from my doctor and graphed the data on excel, yes I am a geek! Anyhow, the last time I was this weight was three years ago. I can't believe it. Three months of committment, 50 lbs later, and it is 2007 again! It is amazing how little things help. Think about that, are you turning back time?
