Water just isn't cutting it
I know they say drink lots of water. If your hungry between meals get a glassful. But what if that does absolutely nothing for you but increase your bathroom trips. I am just wondering if which method people use in counting calories burned. I'm using a gym machine where you enter your weight and age and it shows half the calories burned as MFP says. Im not sure which method to take. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay... I do P90X and I eat 1200-1400 calories a day. I am a bit high on the sugars everyday but everything else is in range. I have been stuck at the same weight since January.
