obsessed with the scale
How do I stop this. I know you are only supposed to weigh in once a week, however, I weigh myself at least 4 times a day. Not sure why, but it is like I have to. My body crashes around 3:00-4:00

Well, i weighed in this morning at work. I've gained 2lbs since last week. I'm dissapointed because i've worked my butt off all week. Spinning, walking, weights, and kickboxing.
