I'm a regular at MFP but recently found out I am 7 weeks pregnant. Wondering if anyone still tried to lose weight while pregnant or is that a losing battle all together? So, it is day 2 of my "lifestyle change" and once again according to the daily allotments on MFP I have went over my protein already...is this a bad thing??? The only thing I have eaten with protein or so I thought was the Tuna I had for lunch, so I am quite confused....help???

I just had a Arnold Select Honey Wheat sandwich thin, toasted with a wedge of garlic and herb laughing cow cheese. Only 135 calories. So yummy and hit the spot in the afternoon to hold me off till supper.

Accuracy of the database
I end my day with anywhere from 300 to 400 extra calories but I have eaten well all day and am not hungry. Anyone have an opinion about the accuracy? I have found myself that if you put in the name brand things the calories seem more accurate.

I have been logging my food on MFP for three days now. All I can say is wow. I am amazed at how many calories I eat every day. And I"ve been trying to eat better than usual the last few days! If I had logged my calories around the holidays, I probably would have broken the 5,000 mark on those days!!!
