dont you just hate it
how putting the weight on is so easy like just eating a choclate bar or just treating yourself and then you feel like crap and it shows but then it takes weeks to lose even 1lb even if your doing everything right lol the body is a weird thing

Calorie Cycling
Has anyone else tried calorie cycling? Have you seen results with it? Just curious. I know it supposedly works for body builders and is fairly effective at mantaining a high metabolism, but I want to hear people's experiences, successes, or failures with this program before I consider it.

im quite annoyed

Loose skin
My mother-in law has lost over 125lbs and still has probably abother 25lbs to go....but now that she is losing weight she is kind of upset about the loose skin and I was wondering is surgery the only way to go in order to fix this problem?

I've only been able to walk for exercise. How can I get strengh training in without going to the gym? I thought about joining but can not afford the fees at this time.
