i got on the scale today and im still at 135...granted ive had my aunt flo visit this week...but i havent gained or lost any weight since it started....then i took my measurements and I have lost 7 inches around my belly button in just 2 weeks!...so yes the scale lies lol

Just wondering when I should expect to notice decrease in inches? I've lost 10 lbs in less than 4 weeks however, I notice no change in numbers with inches. I've logged my waist, neck, arm, hips and thighs..NO CHANGE.

I was originally 155 lbs, and now I am down to 142. I've had my goal weight as 135, but really I think I am aiming for about 125. Should I keep it at 135 in order to take it one step at a time?
