not losing any pounds
soooo....Basically about a year ago I ate WHATEVER I wanted WHENEVER I wanted. I was 128 pounds of barely any muscle. Lose 1 or 2 lbs per week?
I'm just a little confused on what goals to set. For me to lose 1 pound per week, it says to consume 1720 Net cals/day. That just seems like A LOT. I've only 10 lbs left to lose, i've upped my exercise to facilitate the weight loss. I wake up now STARVING, I never used to eat until about 10 am or so. Sometimes I could eat easily 400-500 calories for breakfast????!!! :noway:

I've been nursing for 7 months now and will plan to continue for the next 5 or 6 months. I know that I am supposed to have extra calories so that it won't impact my milk supply.
