weird
okay so, today was a bad eating and excersize day. i ate fast food and nachos. :( i also barely excersized. however, that thing said "if every day were like today... you would would weigh 95.4 pounds in 5 weeks" :noway: it really cheered me up! stil... im afraid to step on the scale tommorow

HELP with Protein!!!!

Do you consider your job (i.e. desk job) as "exercise"?
So I've been wondering about this for awhile, how many of you put your job as "exercise" on here? I have a desk job with probably 30 minutes total daily of actual exercise (walking around, up and downstairs). But obviously when I'm working at my desk I must be burning some calories. drinking too much water?
i know this is possible....but could it be hindering my weight loss? i drink about 128 oz of water throughout the day because i am THIRSTY!!!! ....work out at least 60 min (most days over 120mins) & drink during the workout (small sips here & there) am i drinking too much water? how much water do other ppl drink?

p90x portion plan
i just started p90x and am following the portion plan. (level I) i chose foods straight from the list in the book and the exact amounts and everything, yet when i add everything in im short calories. im also under on everything else. i know the first phase should be 50/30/20, so will this affect my results if im under?

...you would weigh XXX.XX in 5 weeks! I really dislike that little note at the end of the day! I feel positive when it is a low number and if it is higher than I want....I feel like putting in the exercise tape! It really messes with my head! Anyone else have this problem?
