I am a little puzzled how work and changing shifts impacts my calorie counting I work nights. 12 and eight hour shifts. I decided easiest would be to treat a day as what is a day for me. Veggie or Healthy Snack Suggestions?
Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii !!! So I'll get right into it, I eat baby carrots like it's my job.. they are basically all i snack on at work. BUT I don't wanna turn orange or over dose on carrots (although it'd be a funny story to tell). Does anyone have any other low calorie or healthy snack suggestions?!?! THANKS!:happy:

What's worse?
Ok..i'm sure this has been asked before.. but what's worse at the end of the day..going over Calories, Carbs , Protein or Fat? I tend to some days be over in my carbs..other days over in my protein...when I still have a good 200 calories left.

husband likes to eat out

incline bench concussion

Can you help me? I add my food and my exercise in the counters everyday. I have been noticing that I have a huge amount of calories left, because of the amount of exercise I do.
