well here i go
today i am trying something new. i love to swim but have always been to embarassed to put on a suit. i have always worn shorts and a t shirt. well ive hit a plateau and need to change it up. so today for the firs time since i was a child i am going to put on a swim suit and do laps at the gym:huh: :huh: . wish me luck.

When I have a healthy day and go to the gym I have calories leftover and I can't bring myself to eat them as I just feel too full. UGH!!!!! I love my job (nurse) but I hate it because since I work in a small nursing home, there isn't too many people to call in, i.e., none. according to mfp I'm not eating enough fat. im not sure how to get more fat into my diet and stay healthy. i try to plan out my day the night before and i try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, in doing this i seem to take in a lot of sugar and fiber and not a lot of protein or fats. any suggestions?
