When does your calorie limit decrease
I have been on mfp for awhile but have really only been using it faithfully for 42 days. As you can see I have lost 16 lbs and I wanted to know how much weight loss before mfp decreases your daily calorie limit? I tried a search but didn't really find the answer to this question.

empty hunger feeling why?

Quick Question About Calorie Goals
MFP has my calorie goal set on 2810 based on my activity level and weight. I am on a low sugar program. It is nearly impossisble for me to eat 2810. I am consistently eating between 1500-2000 calories a day. Is this okay? I am not hungry. I am satisfied. Any comments would be helpful.Thanks, TMT.
