Starting rowing
I am looking to start rowing. I have never done it before, and I'm not the strongest person. I have been doing strong lifts 5x5 for the last month to try and change this. Any advice or tips any one could give would be much appreciated. Am I on the correct program? What should I include in my workouts?

Why does it say I lost 0 pounds?
I don't understand why it says I lost 0 pounds on my profile. I was careful to change my start weight so I just don't get it. I know it's only 4 pounds but I would really like it to show up.:-)

Mismatch between goal calories - Mobile & Web

Need low cal snack ideas
On day 2. I'm tracking every morsel and sip! Each day I've had about 200 or less calories left. I'm feeling a bit unsatisfied and want to snack on something light. Is there a way to search low calorie options here? Any ideas in general?

Not eating junk after work! It's tough to change!

The daily "Nutritional Details" page seems to be entirely missing from the desktop site.
