Runtastic/MFP/Fitbit combo trouble

I guess I haven't set up my carbs, protein, fat percentages. I just happen to look at my percentages and it has carbs at 50%. What are some of your percentages? What is the healthy range for fats, carbs, proteins. Why doesn't it show veggies and fruit?

Calorie Goal Changed On Its Own?
My caloric intake limit is 1200 per day. No issue for about a week. I put my new (decreased) weight in this morning and though it still says my goal is 1200 calories, my food diary gives me a 1520 calorie limit. I don't know what happened or how to fix it! Im pretty good at buying healthy food at the grocery store and bringing healthy lunches at work, but it's impossible to avoid all the candy/cookies/sodas that other people bring to share or are brought in for meetings. How do you guys deal with this?

Eating to meet calorie goals when not hungry?
I just went to complete my log for today and it came up with a warning saying I couldn't starve myself. I've been eating all day and I'm not hungry. My goal is 1,200 calories a day, I've had 930. It says it just has to be above 1,000. I'm not hungry but should I eat anyway or leave it alone?

No Cheats
Well I completed my first weekend with no cheats!! In fact my first week of not being the fat girl at the table inspiration has helped me through. I managed only 60 minutes of treadmill, but I'm planning on adding more this week. Wish me luck!
